A core part of this, is our commitment to listen. Listen to your ideas, your thoughts, your suggestions on how we can improve business processes, client experiences and ultimately, your working life.
From today, you can submit any suggestions you have via this form, part of our Team Hub. Once you’ve submitted an idea it is reviewed monthly by your elected People’s Charter representatives. A selection will then be played back to the business for consideration and hopeful implementation. What is important here is that no matter who you are within the business, no matter what you do, your voice matters. Everyone’s voice matters.
